The interview prep

How will you get the interview offer?

  • The HR will contact you via an email though the job.nhs or trac.jobs website.
  • The email will contain the date of the interview and a link through which you will have to confirm your interview.
  • You may or may not be given the option of selecting a particular time slot for your interview.

How to ask for Skype interviews?

  • If you are currently not in UK or cannot travel for any reason, you can ask for a Skype interview to be arranged for you.
  • First, accept the job offer via the link sent in the email. You will be allotted a time slot.
  • Then, email your HR saying that you wish to give your interview on Skype.
  • Once you get a positive reply, send them your Skype address.

Preparing for the interview:

  • Be thorough with your CV. Go through your CV a day before your interview.

  • Read about audit and it's steps, difference between an audit and research and clinical governance(including it's pillars) from Wikipedia.
